Site Preparation

Once all paperwork is in order the breaking of ground is underway. Erosion control measures go in first followed by the removal of organic matter in the working area. The footings are excavated, a slab is formed and stone is set. Any under-slab electrical, plumbing, or heat tubes are installed at this point.
