Permitting & Procurement
Permits secured, subs awarded, and long-lead items (steel, RTUs, switchgear, etc.) released early to protect schedule.
Sitework & Underground Utilities

Foundations & Structural Systems
Footings, slabs, and primary structure (PEMB, steel, or concrete). Building footprint and load paths are established.
